Terms of Use

Delivery Policy

It is our policy to deliver items within 14 days, using Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. If there are to be any delays on our part we will notify you by email with the problem within that 14 day period.

Returns

All our items come with a no quibble 14 day guarantee (excluding specially ordered items, earrings and sale items). Unwanted items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging with all labels still intact. You may exchange the item or request a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns when they are not in their original condition and labels have been removed.

Returns time scales

Our returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned goods must be received by us within this time. This date is by which any returns must be received by us so please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us.

We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and then process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases this could be a few days, so please bear with us.

If you have requested a refund we will do so within 2 days but please note that once we have refunded your card it is then out of our control when your bank refunds the money on to your card. Any refunds due are credited back to the card used to purchase the original goods.

If you have requested a replacement of a higher value than the original goods we will then telephone you to take payment information over the
telephone for the difference.

Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, but should you request a replacement for the returned goods you will not be charged again for delivery.

In the case of a return for a refunded item the original postage and package will be deducted from the original cost ( uk post £3.50 )

How to return goods

If you should wish to return an item to us, you may do so by giving us prior notice. Please email us at: martinandcari@pagandream.com and give us details of the order number (if known) name, address and telephone number and e-mail, the reason for the return and whether a refund or replacement is required.

Please return items unused and in their original condition and packaging with all tags intact. You can use the original jiffy bag but please ensure the original address label is completely covered and please write the order number in the top left hand side of the packet, to help us in identification on
return to us.

Obtain a certificate of posting from the post office and you should keep the certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. We cannot
take responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Faulty goods

If a product is faulty in anyway, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please email us at martinandcari@pagandream.com immediately upon receipt of the product and give your order number. We can then either repair, make you a replacement, or refund the cost of the item or you may wish to chose another item. Please follow the procedure for returns and send the items to us with a note explaining the fault and stating the original order number.

Cancelling an order

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.

To cancel this contract, either telephone or e-mail us martinandcari@pagandream.com with your order number and instruction to cancel.

If we have already mailed your order you will need to package the items and send them back to us and we can then refund your credit/debit card.

Camera/screen discrepancies

Please note that the colours of the jewellery displayed on the website may vary slightly to the colour of the actual jewellery as computers and cameras do not always portray the correct colour.

Agreeing to our terms and conditions at Checkout

When you place an order with us, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions contained within our help pages. Please read these pages as clicking on the conformation on the checkout states that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated. We reserve the right to change terms and condions and the changes will take effect from when they are displayed on our website.
